We are open 10AM to 6PM (MST/MDT/Mountain Time Zone)

While we do say, “go when you want”, we also know that bad weather, unexpected changes and other situations, can have negative impacts on your travel plans and our tour itineraries.

This is why we offer personalized help and advice for all of our tours. Call us or use the message form on this page to contact us, for the latest updates and any recommendations we have.

Being a good tourist means being respectful of others, their culture and their environment, along with following the rules of that country.

  • Be considerate: Don’t disturb other travelers or locals with loud noises or over-the-top behaviors. Use your “inside” voice, please.
  • Be mindful of the environment:  Leave nothing behind that says that you were there, and try to have as little impact on your surroundings or artifacts as possible.
  • Don’t be a litterbug: Pickup and carry out your trash!
  • Follow the hotel rules: Check in and out at reasonable times, and read the local hotel regulations, including quiet hours and fire safety protocols.
  • Be respectful of the wildlife: Don’t feed the wildlife unless allowed, and don’t pet them unless your guide says you can.
  • Be mindful of the locals: This is their home. Watch where you roam! See that your fun does not get in the way of others’ properties or livelihoods.

Each tour has its own itinerary page with our most current prices on it. Prices are determined by how many people are traveling in your group, as well how many individual rooms, they require.

And as far as availability, YOU tell us when it is the best time for you to travel! Customized tours and tailor-made travel packages means, you go when you want!

We can create travel plans for solo travelers, couples, and groups with less than 10 members.

The sooner you start planning your private or small group tour, the better off you will be. We recommend booking one of our private tours as far in advance as possible, in order to get the best schedule and give us and our in-country guides time to customize the tour.

In general, we recommend that you to book a private tour at least several weeks in advance, if you traveling solo or as a couple.

But you should look to book a couple of months in advance, especially if you are traveling in a small group of 4 to 8 people or during the peak tourist season or a major holiday at the destination country.
